Food and service are pretty solid but on my last visit I ordered a watermelon smoothie and it tasted like coconut was mixed in with it. Thankfully I'm not allergic, I just dislike it. But all they said was "That was our mistake." It could have been bad if someone was allergic to coconut. Equipment needs to be washed between customers especially when allergens are involved. I've been here multiple times before and had no issues. When I visited today everything seemed good. Until I found a fly in my pho. π They didn't charge me for it but they did seem a little upset that I didn't want a replacement item instead. My appetite was ruined after seeing it, I'm terrified of bugs.

Absolutely incredible experience! Everything we ordered was fresh, SO flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The pho was rich and comforting with high-quality cuts of meat, and the grilled short ribs were tender and packed with flavor. The banh mi was also amazing! Crispy bread with delicious, well-seasoned filling. You can really taste the authenticity in every dish. Portions were generous, prices are great, and everything arrived hot, delicious and fresh. Definitely one of THE best spots for Vietnamese food highly recommend and will 100% keep coming in or ordering in uber eats!

I decided to try Pho 777 this Wednesday since I live nearby and usually go to Pho Nam Lau but figured Iβd give a new place a shot. This will be my first and last visit. Iβve been sick and was hoping a healing comforting bowl of pho would help. I ordered chicken pho, a tofu banh mi, two chili sauces, and mochi. I originally asked for matcha and strawberry, but was told they only had strawberry and there was confusion about whether mango was even available, which was annoying. My total came out to about $39, which is pretty expensive for one person. There was also a 10-minute wait for a to-go order, which didnβt make much sense, especially since the food wasnβt hot when I got it. Once I got home and started eating, I found a small caterpillar in my pho midway through my meal. Completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. I immediately lost my appetite and couldnβt eat anything else. I tried calling multiple times and no one picked up, which is why Iβm leaving this review. I do have photos. I would like a refund, and I strongly encourage better food safety practices because this was extremely disappointing and concerning. While your server was kind, the food is questionable.

I used to love this place but something is going on with the meat here right now. Ordered short ribs which were noting but gristle and the chicken in the chicken pho was like a single chicken leg chopped up with the bones cut into chunks which was sharp and did not yield much meat. Disappointing- Iβd recommend trying another spot nearby.

Love this Vietnamese restaurant! I have been coming here for a long time, from first owner to their current owner. Each new owner has provided better services. I love their pho, the broth is full aroma of spices. Roasted pork is crispy yet very moisten. Roasted duck is not bad but the steamed sea salt chicken is so good. Their current waiters are very friendly and very accommodating to customersβ needs. Must try this restaurant!
